“As a passionate engineer I am very much enjoying Claudia’s creations. Looking at them. I find it fascinating to rediscover and recognize products that were initially created and conceived by our designers, engineers and technicians. Seeing our materials in a different setting, space and context is a tremendous asset for our company. It allows us to show its current and past heritage through an artistic approach. Furthermore, It is not only stimulating and triggering curiosity but it is also positively contributing to the awareness of what we have accomplished and are involved with in our everyday."

Helene Brown | Senior Art Advisor - Fresh Paint, Culver City, USA
"I think it is rather rare, that artists include artifacts of our technical world. Jean Tinguely certainly did it in his way, and I love his artwork a lot. Claudia Meyer combination of taking those new elements and combine them into a wave of new ideas and outstanding creations is truly inspiring and motivating."
Marcel Müller | Vice President Power & Water | GE Power
"As a real estate developer specializing in revitalizing once great urban centers and commercial buildings, I fully understand the importance of context as well as detail. In my opinion, these are two of the most important and remarkable qualities Claudia Meyer brings to her unique art pieces. Her unprecedented use of materials, geometry, and composition brings to life the world in which the materials were drawn from, as well as the environment in which the finished piece will reside. As an avid collector of fine art for over thirty years, and a proud collector of her art, I am always excited to see what comes next!"
Robert D.Resnick | President & CEO - RDR Properties, USA
"Having Claudia around provides a source of balance in the workplace. It fosters innovation and creativity. The artist’s magic transforms heaviness into lightness by using energy and flow to breathe life into materials already used by staff. The pride of belonging in the company is highlighted by this partnership."
Laurence Fauchet | HR Director | ALSTOM POWER
Artist Claudia Meyer isn’t your typical artist. She has spent the last eight years working out of a studio based inside a factory located in the industrial Paris suburb of La Courneuve, far from the Louvre or Musée Rodin. That’s because she finds inspiration in all things industrial and mechanical. Her paintings, sculptures, installations and even furniture incorporate turbine wheels and blades, massive springs from bullet trains, blueprints, and nuts and bolts. She scavenges her material from old and new machines, but workers at the factory, which GE acquired with Alstom last year, have learned to stop by and drop off pieces headed for the scrap yard.

"As an observer from the beginning of the artist’s early engagement in art, and a follower of her constantly self-challenging progress, no, I am not surprised that Meyer is exploring her calling through another innovative path of yet another facet of modern life. We expect an artist to be creative. Claudia Meyer has certainly been that; she never tires of innovation. And now boldly, she innovates further, pushing into new territories. Meyer shows us that her chosen muse is highly stimulating and exciting. Seemingly impersonal industrial activity comes to life under her artistic eyes and hands. With her new trove of art structures she captures the energy of modern industrial process. Her art pieces’ shapes, form and fascinating detail and interplay of script, color and light is extraordinary. Claudia Meyer art takes us to a new level of great visual pleasure. Her dedication to constantly evolving and sharing her art will ensure that we continue to see for decades to come new and outstanding creations."
